RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – VILLA FLOW

These general terms and conditions are an integral part of the rental contract with Villa Flow. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth and transparent rental experience. By confirming your reservation, you accept all of the conditions outlined below.

BOOKING
To confirm a booking, an ID in the name of the person making the reservation is required. Payment must be made by credit card under the same name. If we are unable to confirm your reservation, any payment made will be fully refunded. Bookings by anyone under 18 years of age will not be accepted.

PAYMENT TERMS
Prices are in Euros. A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before arrival. If the balance is not paid within this period, the reservation will be considered cancelled.
For bookings made less than 30 days before the arrival date, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.
Payment details for bank transfers will be provided by email after confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. A full refund will be issued.
• No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival.
• No refunds during peak season (Dec 20nd to Jan 6th).
• No-shows or early departures will not be refunded.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A €500 security deposit will be pre-authorized (not charged) on your credit card before arrival. It will be released after checkout, provided no damage or excessive cleaning is required.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Check-in and check-out times will be communicated prior to arrival. Please respect these times to ensure smooth turnover between guests. Lost key replacements and damages will be deducted from the security deposit.

OCCUPANCY
Villa Flow accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. The number of occupants must not exceed this limit without prior approval. Any additional guests without authorization may result in the termination of the rental agreement.

USE OF PROPERTY
The villa is rented for private vacation use only. Events, parties, or commercial activities (including photoshoots or filming) are strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

CLEANING
The property is cleaned before your arrival. Guests are expected to leave it in a reasonable state upon departure. If excessive cleaning is required, charges will be deducted from the deposit.

INSURANCE & LIABILITY
Guests are responsible for their own travel insurance. Villa Flow is not liable for theft, loss, or personal injury during your stay. You are also responsible for the safety of children and the supervision of minors around the pool and other unsecured areas.

CHILD SAFETY
Please note that Parents must supervise children at all times.

APPLICABLE LAW
This contract is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, both parties will first seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, the competent French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
